Prerequisites Admin role; the agency logo file and brand colour hex codes
In a nutshell: Branding is set once at the tenant level and flows automatically to PDF reports, client portals, proposals, agreements and branded email layouts. Upload a logo (PNG or JPG, 300px wide minimum), set a primary and any secondary colour hex codes, and save. The result is consistent visual identity across every client-facing surface the agency uses.
Where branding lives
Tenant-wide branding is configured at Tenant Admin > Account Setup > Setup Branding. The settings here flow automatically to:
- PDF reports -- retainer reports, coverage summaries, campaign briefs.
- Client portal -- when a client opens their portal, they see the agency's branding rather than Buzzscribed's.
- Proposals and agreements -- service agreements and campaign briefs carry the logo.
- Branded email layouts -- the logo appears in email templates that use the branded layout.
Uploading the logo
- Open Tenant Admin > Account Setup > Setup Branding.
- Click the logo upload area.
- Select a high-quality PNG or JPG, minimum 300px wide. PNG with a transparent background renders best across light and dark layouts.
- The logo uploads immediately and previews on screen.
Keep the file under 2 MB so it loads quickly in reports and portals.
Setting brand colours
- In the Setup Branding section, find the colour picker fields.
- Set the primary brand colour -- used for headers, accent elements and report highlights.
- Set secondary colours if the brand has them.
- Save to apply across the tenant.
Per-Brand branding for client work
Tenant branding is the agency's identity. Each client's Brand record in the CRM (Clients & Brands) also carries its own logo upload, used when generating a client-branded report or portal view. A typical setup: the agency's branding on internal templates and proposals; the client's branding on coverage reports and the client portal. Set up the client's branding when adding each Client (Course 0 article 8).
Verification
After saving, generate a test PDF -- for example a Retainer Report on a sample retainer -- to confirm the logo and colours render correctly. Adjustments are easy: re-upload the logo, re-pick a colour, save again, regenerate.
