Ralph is the AI assistant built into Buzzscribed, and he works in two places. Ask him how something in the platform works, on his own page or from any screen. Then let the AI inside each tool do the work, where the work already is.
Asking is free. Ralph answers how-to questions from the Help Centre, and he knows which page you are on, so you rarely have to explain where you are stuck. Questions are never counted, however long the conversation runs.
What uses an AI credit
The AI that produces something sits inside the tool that needs it, not in the chat. Each finished job uses one AI credit from your plan.

Everything the AI produces is a draft. You edit it, keep it, or throw it away, and nothing reaches a journalist unless you send it.
AI Visibility and social impact scans run on their own separate allowances, so they never draw on your AI credits. Your plan lists all three.
