Prerequisites Your tenant has the BUZZVox feature enabled (the CAMPAIGN > BUZZVox menu group)
In a nutshell: BUZZVox Surveys is Buzzscribed's survey tool. Build a form through the Add Question wizard (five question types: Tick All, Tick One, Text Response, Multi-Line Text, Rating Scale), distribute by emailed invitations, testing / single-use / multi-use public links, or a lightbox embed, and read responses on the invitation tabs and the REPORTS tab with crosstabs plus Excel export. Surveys are scoped to a Location and your company -- the invitation is what ties each respondent to their answers.

The mental model
BUZZVox Surveys (CAMPAIGN menu) is Buzzscribed's survey tool. Build a form, distribute it by email or public link, and collect responses. The BUZZVox menu group is feature-gated -- if it is not on your menu, your tenant has yet to enable it; an Admin can switch it on.
Scoping is straightforward: a survey belongs to a Location (one of your tenant's office or regional locations) and your company. The relationship that ties a respondent to a specific survey is the invitation : when you email someone an invitation, that creates an issuance record, and their answers link back to that issuance. So the chain is survey → invitation → respondent's answers.
Building a survey runs through a guided wizard rather than a freeform canvas. The Add Question modal walks you through question text, optional description, type, required flag, then -- for choice types -- the response options. Existing questions reorder by drag.
Acme PR Corp uses BUZZVox to run the workplace-wellbeing survey that feeds the annual Globex Wellbeing Index -- respondents reached through Globex's internal channels, results exported for the research team to analyse.
The page layout
SURVEYS (tab)
The list of your active surveys. Create Form starts a new one (it asks for a survey name). An Import PureProfile Data option pulls external panel data in via an Excel RAW DATA worksheet.
SURVEY SETTINGS (tab, opens when you pick a survey)
Per-survey sub-tabs: SETTINGS (name, status, banner, wallpaper, welcome and exit messages, alert email, colours, logo), QUESTION BUILDER, PERMISSIONS, and SHARES & INVITES.
QUESTION BUILDER (sub-tab)
Add Question opens the wizard. Drag to reorder existing questions. Choice-type questions get their response options added on the next step of the wizard.
SHARES & INVITES (sub-tab)
Distribution links and emailed-invitation management. The hub for getting your survey in front of respondents.
REPORTS (tab)
Results analysis -- crosstabs by count and percentage, crosstab filters, and Excel export of the tick-type data in horizontal-axis and vertical-axis layouts.
ARCHIVED (tab)
Surveys you have archived.
The five question types
[Screenshot placeholder -- the Add Question wizard modal showing the Question Text field, the optional Description, the Question Type dropdown open with its five entries, and the Required Yes/No selector]
The Add Question wizard. Choice types (Tick All, Tick One) get their response options on the next step; Rating Scale gets its min/max there.
Tick All (Multiple choice) -- respondent selects several options. Options added on the next step.
Tick One (Single choice) -- respondent picks one option. Options added on the next step. The closest equivalent to a dropdown.
Text Response -- a free-text answer. No options needed.
Multi-Line Text -- a longer free-text answer. No options needed.
Rating Scale -- a numeric scale (for example 1-5 or 1-10); configure min and max on the next step.
Distributing a survey
SHARES & INVITES carries every distribution channel the survey supports:
Emailed invitations
Issue Survey Invitation emails the link to a recipient and creates an issuance record. These appear under the invitation tabs and the respondent's answers tie back to the issuance -- the cleanest way to track who responded.
Testing URL
A test-mode link for previewing the survey yourself before it goes live. Use it on every survey before you distribute.
Single Use URL
A public link where a respondent can complete the survey once every seven days. Suited to social-media surveys and focus groups where you want individual signal.
Multiple Use URL
A public link a respondent can complete repeatedly. Suited to job adverts, ongoing feedback forms and recurring check-ins.
Lightbox embed code
Show Code to Embed Survey as Lightbox gives you a snippet you can drop onto any web page so the survey opens in a lightbox in line with your content. Useful when you want respondents to stay on your domain.
Where responses land
Under SHARES & INVITES, the invitation list carries three tabs covering the response lifecycle:
Inactive Invitations -- issuances not yet started.
Incomplete Responses -- surveys a respondent has begun but not finished. Useful for chasing partial responses.
Completed Surveys -- finished responses ready for analysis.
For analysis, the REPORTS tab is the home: crosstabs by count and percentage, crosstab filters for slicing the data, and Excel export of the tick-type data when you need to take the analysis further.
Try this: Create a form, add one Tick One question with three options and one Rating Scale question (1-5), go to SHARES & INVITES, copy the Testing URL, and complete the survey yourself. Open the REPORTS tab and the crosstabs -- your single test response shows the shape of the analysis. You have walked build → distribute → report end to end.
